for all those ppl who have been to my orkut profile and are wondering where i am moving to :

GUESS WHT....I JUST MIGHT NOT HAVE TO!!!! lol

anyway let me start at the beginning,always the best place to start.I was offered a job by the boss in the client company(see previous post) and he wanted me to start as soon as possible without giving anyone a chance to say anything about ambush hiring.so i dischaged my obligations to my previous company....and for some reason everything started being delayed.there were problems between the 2 companies and the contract expired,and efforts to renew it by my boss were treated rather crappily.so he went out and looked for another company to outsource the project to....and after much looking around...wipro stepped up to the plate.however due to the costing factor....it was gonna be poona.so i had to move there .

today however he tells me......."poona is postponed indefinitely" and i am like YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!dont get me wrong i will move if my job requires me to...but bangalore has been home for the past 7 years and it will always be.so since i am in this total list mode.....i give u (drum roll please)

things i would miss if i moved from bangalore (once again....in no particular order except for the last one which is the thing i would miss the most )

1. Empire/Paramount resturants.....its a chain of resturants .its kept me fed from the time i was in school...even till today.if you are from bangalore....u definitely know the shivajinagar and new one on church street .ghee rice,kababs,biriyani,kp and grilled chicken....thats all i eat :)
2. java city (lavelle road/church street),barista (leela palace) and beanstalk.our cafes ....these places are filled with memories...of laughter and discussion and dreams and support.
3. the fact that i know a whole lot of ppl and a whole lot of ppl in the city knowing me....i dont know about other ppl but i rather like seeing a familiar face when i am walking down the road.
4. the fact that i cannot get lost in this city even if i tried to.i just know my way around most of the city....and the parts i dont....they are pretty easy to find if you gimme correct directions.
5. early mornings....trust me if you wake up early enough u wont belive the fact that u are in blore...its quiet....and theres barely any traffic.sundays are plain lovely....and theres great breakfast to boot.
6. the resturants......i frequent a couple of other places viz. spiga,infinitea,indi joes,friends,mangalore pearl,papparazi and sunny's.the food is really great and i love the fact that they always make place for me...even if i turn up without a reservation :))
7. the PUBS....tavern,modjos,pecos,sherlock holmes....the CLUBS....spinn,athena,hint,noir,fuga.yeah yeah i know theres a 11:30 deadline....but its still fun...the trick is in getting there at 8....being smashed by 8:45 to be ready to dance by 9.and trust me nobody parties like banaglore does....except for goa mebbe :)

*****But of all the things i would miss my friends most....especially the J-INC gang (pimpy,hore,gauri,mai,silky,porn) .no place in the world would be the same without the gang :)****
